DUST COLLECTOR FEATURE
1. Clear ash capacity, high dust removal efficiency, low emission
concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low
steel consumption, small footprint, stable and reliable operation,
good economic benefit.
2. Due to the use of the split-room wind pulse to blow out the ash,
the spraying can achieve the purpose of cleaning the ash
thoroughly, so the ash cycle is prolonged, reducing the energy
consumption of clean ash, and the pressure gas consumption can be
greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter
bag and the pulse valve also decreased correspondingly, thus
increasing the life of the filter bag and the valve disc.
3. The maintenance and replacement bag can be carried out in the
sub-chamber under normal operating conditions. The bag mouth adopts
elastic ring, good sealing performance and firm and reliable. The
polygon is used to reduce the friction between the bag and the
keel, prolong the life of the bag and make it easy to unpack.
4. The upper suction bag is adopted. When the frame is removed, the
dirty bag is put into the lower part of the box, which is removed
from the manhole and improved the operation condition of the bag.
5. The cabinet adopts air tightness design, good sealing property,
good sealing material for inspection door, leak detection of
kerosene in the production process, and low air leakage rate.
6. The inlet and outlet duct are compact and the air resistance is
small.
